ALL ENTRIES SUBMITTED MUST BE ON AN AACE FORM

REGISTRATION: ALL SHOW ENTRIES except kittens, MUST BE REGISTERED WITH AACE, or have registration pending at office, or be registered at the show.  PLEASE NOTE: KITTENS IN SHOW MUST BE AT LEAST 4 MO. OF AGE. You may register your cat with AACE at the show. AACE registered entries or those entries with a correctly filled in and documented pending registration may be transferred to a higher class.  AACE registered cats only are scored for year end awards.

CATS FOR SALE: EXHIBITOR MUST HAVE AN ENTRY IN THE SHOW TO OBTAIN A SALES CAGE. KITTENS MUST BE AT LEAST 3 MONTHS OLD FOR SALE AND HAVE THEIR AACE LITTER SLIP OR REGISTRATION IF UNDER 4 MO. OF AGE.

HOUSEHOLD PETS: The Kittens are judged as ALL BREED in every ring.

CHECK-IN and SHOW HOURS: CHECK IN: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. SHOW HOURS 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. No entry may leave the show hall either day before judging is completed without permission of Show Manager. Violation of this rule will void all wins.

SUBSTITUTION FEE: You may change any entry up until the closing for an additional $10 fee.

RULES: AACE SHOW RULES & STANDARDS will govern this show and will be strictly enforced. A copy may be obtained by sending $30 to AACE, P.O. Box 138, Sparrow Bush, NY 12780 973-334-5834. EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INFORMATION OF ENTRIES, but you have three days after a show to call the AACE office and correct any catalog data, EXCEPT the show class or color in which the cat was judged. NOTE: PLEASE PRING OR TYPE INFORMATION ON ENTRY FORM. COPY ALL OF THE EXACT INFORMATION FORM YOUR AACE REGISTRATION FORM. YOU WILL LOSE YEAR END POINTS IF INFORMATION FOR ENTRY IS NOT EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON THE CAT’S REGISTRATION. CHECK YOUR ENTRIES CAREFULLY!

We accept Visa and Master Card for Entries. See summary sheet for fees, there is an extra $5.00 fee for charged entries.

THIS IS A NON-VETTED SHOW. All entries must be checked in at gate each day. Front and rear claws must be clipped as a courtesy to our Judges. All entries must be in good health, free of fleas, fungus and ear mites. No kitten under three months of age may be in the show hall. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE THE SHOW HALL. See information under SALES. Inoculations should be current.

BENCHING: Only ONE benching request per exhibitor please! See Summary Sheet. EOR for Handicap is no charge.

AWARDS: Awards are given in all rings and for the Best and Second Best Open, Champion, Grand Champion, Supreme Grand Champion, Regal, Imperial and Superior. See AACE Show Rules for information.

EXHIBITORS: Bring grooming aids and curtains for cages which are approximately 22” 24” X 22”.

LIABILITY: Although the sponsoring organization takes all possible precautions and care, neither AACE INC., nor the Show Committee can be held liable for loss of property or accidents to cats or exhibitors.
